Global Wellness Day at The Hyatt

Join us for a day of wellness and community connection at
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe's Elemental Immersion event in
celebration of Global Wellness Day!

Saturday, June 8th, 2024 at 10:00 AM
Lakeside Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

The day includes 45 minutes of breathwork,
then a cold water immersion,
followed by 45 minutes of sound healing,
and finishes off with a light snack
to refresh your mind, body, and spirit.

A $10 donation to the event is not required, but encouraged.

Proceeds go to Tahoe Family Solutions, a non-profit benefiting education,
mental health services, and youth development
