“Tahoe Family Solutions announced Monday that Dr. Kristin Hestdalen will join its counseling staff to provide affordable psychiatric care to residents of the Tahoe Basin.
Dr. Hestdalen replaces Dr. Sonia Rupp, who offered “stellar service” for more than 10 years and will now head the Psychiatric Unit at Barton Memorial Hospital in South Lake Tahoe, said Robin Glasgow, executive director of TFS.
“I appreciate the critical importance of the role I will be filling for this community,” said Hestdalen who will offer her services on a sliding fee scale.”
