We currently have a paid staff of five employees, one sub-contractor, an eight member Board of Directors and we utilize a volunteer base of approximately 45 individuals.
Robin D. Glasgow
About Robin: A Graduate of The Ohio State University in 1979, Robin has worked in non-profit development and management for over 25 years. He has been an executive director for a diverse set of both 501-C3 and 501-C6 organizations such as Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, The Boys and Girls Club of Geneva NY, and the Storage Networking Industry Association. In his career he has had the honor to work with various Board’s and committee’s to raise over 30 million dollars in both operating and capital funds.
Robin has been the Executive Director of TFS for three years and says, “The reason I enjoy the work here so much is the fantastic caliber of people I have met and work with in this community. Their enthusiasm and passion for supporting the work of TFS as we strive to strengthen families in the region is, in my opinion, unmatched by any other community in which I have resided.”
Robin currently live in Incline Village NV with his wife Laura and 2 sons, Nick age 10 and Spencer age 7. He enjoys hiking and swimming and is dedicated to organizing an effort to bring a residential camping experience here in the North Tahoe area.
Leslie Blunden MA
About Leslie: After 15 years as an elementary school librarian, Leslie went back to school and received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in 2000. She has worked with nonprofits for the past 12 years in areas such as foster and adoption, family preservation, child play therapy and family reunification.
Leslie says, “Working at Tahoe Family Solutions has been a wonderful experience for me. As Program Director, I am able to be involved in all of our day-to-day activities, whether it is completing an intake for mental health, planning a camp craft or developing a reading program for elementary students. I have had the privilege to work with dedicated staff, volunteers and partner agencies to help bring resources to our community.”
Leslie moved from Southern California to Lake Tahoe in 2007 and enjoys hiking, reading and watching the changing colors of the lake.
Camp Explore Director
About Sharon: Sharon is a Cal Poly Pomona Graduate with B.A. in Fine Arts and English Literature Studies. She has volunteered abroad at a Summer Camp in Taiwan teaching English to children and enjoyed every bit of it. Working with children is her passion and she greatly enjoys tutoring & is looking forward to a successful summer at Camp Explore.
Sharon recently moved to Tahoe from Los Angeles and says it has been a pleasant and very rewarding change. “I get to enjoy working in the outdoors and really nurture my creative spirit. On my free time I really enjoy creative activities like painting, creating felt stories for students, drawing, and making puppet stories. I enjoy sharing my passion with children and so most of my activities turn into projects to share with kids in one form or another.”
Sharon joined the TFS staff in 2011 as an AmeriCorps Volunteer. In her words, “Tahoe Family Solutions: what a better place to feel rewarded then through an agency that serves the community and really makes a difference in the lives of the community it serves.”

Nayeli V. Enriquez Ramos
Nayeli has been a local of Incline Village for 24 years and was raised in this beautiful small town. She loves Tahoe, and is now going to raise her son, Leonardo, in the same town that she grew up in. Nayeli took a Social Service Worker course, and she discovered her passion for helping others. She is fluent in both English and Spanish languages. For Nayeli, helping is making the difference and having a client say, “Thank you for your help, now I know where to come!” is priceless. Nayeli says, “For the short time that I’ve been part of TFS, I feels really fortunate to be part of this outstanding team. I’ve learned something new from every team member. Now that I’m part of the team I can see what TFS is really about, they go above and beyond for our community and I’m happy to be part of this team.”

Patrick Keilty MFT

About Patrick: Patrick Keilty has worked with Tahoe Family Solutions since 1997. He graduated from the Pacifica Graduate Institute with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and was licensed by the State of Nevada as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2000. Patrick specializes in children’s play therapy, family relationships, and child-caregiver interaction.
Thrift Store Manager
About Viki: Viki currently manages the TFS thrift store. Her previous experience includes being an administrative assistant for Great Outdoor Clothing Company for three years, an interior design comsultant for Blue Forest Construction for six years, and a buyer for Stuart’s Apparel for ten years.
Viki moved to Incline Village from Los Gatos, California in 2002. She homeschooled her two boys for three years so that they could train full time for their snowboarding competitions. She also presented “Meet the Masters” art program in the local schools. Viki thinks of herself as an artist, and enjoys oil painting and gardening in her spare time.
Viki says, “TFS is a truly wonderful place to be. The people are focused on helping others and making our community better for all.”
